Havas has announced a partnership with Ostro, an AI-powered consumer engagement platform, to service its healthcare clients.
Ostro’s platform initiates agentic, personalised engagement for branded and unbranded healthcare providers. Its technology is utilised within many biotech and pharma companies.
Havas now has access to Ostro’s digital platform, which connects life science companies and consumers.
Ostro will support Havas Health Network clients. Havas Health Network, which provides services to healthcare brands, has a new set of AI tools to assist clients because of the partnership.
The companies plan to additionally integrate Ostro’s platform into Havas Creative and Media networks – the integration strives to improve workflows, omnichannel activation, and media precision
Havas plans to invest €400m in data, tech, and AI over the next four years. The Havas-Ostro partnership aligns with Havas’ Converged strategy – which integrates AI, client experience, and a new marketing system.
