WPP announced it is launching Agent Hub, an AI agent library that will give employees and clients access to ready-made agents.
Agent Hub will exist on WPP’s AI operating system WPP Open, which is used by 75,000 people across the company and has been adopted by key clients like The Coca-Cola Company and Nestlé.
In a statement, the holding group said the agent library codifies “decades of proprietary data, strategic capabilities and deep institutional best practice into advanced AI agents”.
“Every agent in our Hub is human-driven, encoding the decades of insight, judgement and expertise of our people to solve real client problems. We’re supercharging the very best of WPP, ensuring that every strategy is built on a foundation of our collective intelligence.” said WPP’s Chief Technology Officer, Stephan Pretorius.
WPP’s ‘Super Agents’
The initial agents included in the suite are:
- A Brand Analytics Agent that provides on-demand access to WPP’s proprietary Brand Asset Valuator data.
- A Behavioural Science Agent that operates as a simulated behavioural scientist, applying proven frameworks from WPP’s own agency Ogilvy.
- An Analogies Agent that finds inspiration and ideas from different industries and similar situations to solve complex problems.
- A Creative Brain Agent that acts as a creative thinking partner to help with conjuring up new ideas.
WPP said these ‘super agents’ are the result of thousands of no code agents developed by WPP employees.
The marketing giant went on to say that every agent is rigorously validated to ensure they’re commercially safe, data and privacy compliant, and tested for accuracy.
